Social media campaigns, menu engineering, prototyping. some phone calls are made. a few coordination meetings here and there. Usually at some point in the day, we put on our coding hats to design & install digital menus boards on our dedicated network. Then those menu boards need content, right? It just so happens that we have several animation nerds that tackle any motion graphic development. in-house food styling, photography, mixology, cocktail hour.. Wait, how’d that get in there?
